AUDIO REVIEW: Noura Mint Seymali: Yenbett
Noura Mint Seymali of Mauritania is one of the most riveting singers alive. Period. On her third international album, Yenbett, she and her small ensemble once again transfix listeners with darkly mesmerizing, guitar-driven trad-rock songs of the Mauritanian desert.
