DXing Africa

DXing is long distance radio listening to overseas stations. The sound is definitely low-fi, fading in and out, wafting in from 3 or 4 or 5 thousand miles away. But the sonic rewards can be thrilling. Special feature in this show are archival gems from Georges' "Bonjour L'Afrique" program broadcast by the Voice of America to Africa.
