Santiago Felipe has a fantastic eye for photography, and has lent that eye to Afropop for the last 2 years as a volunteer photographer. He went to some amazing concerts on our behalf this summer, but we didn't have a chance to use much of his material on Afropop.org. As the weather cools off into winter, we decided to put together a mashup of his greatest photos to remember what a great summer of music New York witnessed...and to THANK Santi for his great work.
